Responsibility for the full link of product-related work such as search result page recall/sorting, collaborative algorithm team to design strategies and verify experimental results, and improve search satisfaction 2. Continuously improve the index system and evaluation standards of strategies and styles, discover various experience problems through survey and evaluation, demand analysis and other means, find optimization solutions and promote strategy iteration 3. Pay attention to new technical directions such as big models and search product development trends, explore new forms of search products, and continuously improve functional experience 4. Cooperate with teams at home and abroad, coordinate internal and external resources, effectively promote problem solving, and ensure high-quality implementation of the project.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the evaluation methods of search engines, and those with experience in search strategy projects or evaluation projects are preferred 2. Strong empathy, a good understanding of user needs, good at discovering problems, and the ability to solve problems independently 3. High enthusiasm for new technologies such as AI, strong learning ability, and good logical thinking, data analysis and induction and summary ability 4. Strong project management and cross-team communication and coordination skills, and has the ability to withstand stress.
