Job Description
The Regional Sales Driver will be responsible to lead, drive and enable local sales plans & strategy execution in China.
You are known as an empowering leader, recognized for your excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, highly effective in large matrix organizations, capable of being both visionary and hands on when needed.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the extended arm of the Water Business Unit to sales companies to support and drive execution of sales & strategy plans.
Be the regional Water market expert to coach and support the sales to find new growth opportunities.
Support sales in building and winning the strong pipeline, through coaching.
Ensure sales teams focus on both short-term and long-term opportunities and coordinate relevant stakeholders around the win plans.
Support the markets on Danfoss unique value proposition in Water for all customer types (End Users, Consultants, Contractors, OEMs, Channel Partners etc.).
Full mandate on price positioning and product mix for the region to maximize profitable growth for all channels.
Ensure that sales resources are leveraged and deployed in-line with the strategy.
Drive and support the sales of our existing portfolio to achieve the growth targets for the region.
Develop tactical sales & marketing plans with the markets by segment, application, channel and customer.
Support the markets to develop 3-5-year strategic plans aligned with the global Water vertical strategy.
Engage with all relevant stakeholders in the BU (product management and development, supply chain and HR) to support the execution of the local strategy.
Define future product features and functions to grow the business and be the catalyst for new product and feature introductions.
Background & Skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering and background in drives and/or waters business is preferred.
Proven track record in a sales leadership role, ability to lead sales teams and working in matrix.
Customer/commercial leadership experience and ability to facilitate customers interactions with credibility, confidence and Think Danfoss mentality.
Proven track record of developing and executing sales & strategy plans.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Travel mobility (up to 50% of time) at the regional/global level.
Have a high degree of integrity, acting according to the company's Ethical guidelines and business ethics.
