Responsibilities1. Solve the problem of international short video resource delivery and management through automation and engineering methods, formulate resource capacity and management plans, and provide solid infrastructure support for growing business 2. Build resource capacity related data system, and build capacity, ROI and other models, establish data large disks and other methods, formulate resource capacity and management plans driven by data, continuously optimize supply and demand, and reduce costs 3. Forecast future load and resource demand, and analyze historical and existing system load , user behavior and data trends, and make corresponding resource planning and adjustments to avoid problems caused by resource shortages and over-allocation 4. Optimize resource efficiency, design, implement, and deploy automated tools and systems to manage, Monitor and adjust resource usage, realize resource automatic scaling, and reduce waste of resources, reduce costs, and improve performance through system configuration, optimization algorithms, and adoption of more efficient technologies 5. Resources to support large-scale international short video events or projects The implementation of the plan guarantees business development and promotes the precipitation and construction of systematic capabilities through project-based operations 6. Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with other teams, such as development, product and operation teams, to realize the full life cycle of resources manage.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major familiar with information and communication technology and computer architecture, such as operating system, network, database etc. 2. Proficiency in using at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Java, Ruby, etc. 3. Possess the ability to solve problems systematically, good communication skills and sense of ownership, and have teamwork and communication skills 4. Familiar with Monitoring, performance testing, tuning and troubleshooting tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, JMeter, etc. are preferred 5. Familiarity with cloud computing, container technology and microservice architecture, and corresponding practical experience is preferred.
