Main Responsibilities
Target management
. Based on the regional ecological group territorial strategy, formulate the development goals of this ecosystem and be responsible for the implementation plan of the goals and follow-up effectiveness
. Analyze regional business, discover opportunities and risks, and lead the team to formulate and implement corresponding plans
Regional cooperation and Customer Management
. Lead the team to establish extensive cooperation and trust with customers, and jointly take active actions to improve the level of standardized diagnosis and treatment in areas related to Roche's product portfolio< /p>
Move
. Cooperate with ecosystem partners to improve the quality of medical care in the local ecosystem and enhance patient benefits
. Work with access teams to ensure treatment within the region Accessibility of drugs
Team management
. Join the ecosystem management committee and participate Manage regional ecosystem personnel and business, and lead the team to formulate and implement corresponding plans
