Responsibilities

Team introduction: The Feishu commercialization team (Go to Market) is responsible for comprehensively promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. By formulating accurate business strategies, breaking the circle marketing, deeply understanding the trends and characteristics of different industries, conveying Feishu's concepts and values to corporate customers in different industries and reaching business cooperation, helping customers strengthen the depth and breadth of use, and ultimately making Feishu the first choice of advanced enterprises in all walks of life and continuously helping corporate organization upgrades. Currently, commercial teams have been established in China, Singapore, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, starting a process of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals from all walks of life around the world. 1. Responsible for the business expansion of the company's large and medium-sized enterprise customers, independently formulate customer promotion plans and sales strategies, and ensure the completion of relevant sales indicators issued by the company 2. Fully understand the company's sales management priorities and strategies, and coordinate the sales targets with an orderly and efficient collaborative project team to achieve sales and sales goals 3. Explore regional market sales opportunities, develop new customers and key customers to establish mutual trust relationships, actively respond to customer needs, and coordinate internal resources to connect with customers 4. Identify, explore and create sales opportunities for multi-product solutions, and formulate and implement corresponding sales strategies based on the characteristics of a certain customer group 5. Have the ability to handle complex things, be able to maintain efficient work in a multi-task environment, do a good job in collaborative communication and coordination between multiple departments, and promote the smooth progress of the project.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with SaaS/collaboration/security/cloud computing/big data and other related information products 2. Have experience in IT product sales, are familiar with the IT industry, are engaged in computer software product sales and are product sellers for enterprises 3. Have experience in expanding high-level customer relationships, have excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, have in-depth understanding of business needs and goals, and provide strategic support for business development 4. Strong learning ability, ambitious and responsible, have a stable style, mature work, and strong communication and coordination skills 5. Clear thinking, good at expressing, have good speech skills and sales negotiation skills 6. Have good customer service awareness and skills, team spirit and be able to take the initiative to undertake team work have a deep industry understanding and cognition in the pillar industries in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions.
