Regional Category Sourcing Manager - Escalator
Responsibilities for Sourcing Manager/Specialist:
. Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply to unit
. Responsible for relative sourcing category spend
. Responsible for meeting targets and deliverables set by SuM
. Support implementation of unit and/or category led sourcing initiatives
. Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
. Drive local supplier negotiation, selection and management based on KONE strategic sourcing process (BENIM)
. Manage level 2 supplier quality performance issues
. Support regular reporting of unit KPI's including monthly budget / forecast data
. Responsible to update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases
. Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures
. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
Responsibilities for Sourcing Manager:
. Accountable for sourcing operations of relevant team
. Manage the performance of the sourcing team and allocation of team resources
