Responsible for full-process recruitment management, have a deep understanding of business and talent profiles, grasp recruitment needs, and select and match talents for the team with high quality and efficiency 2. Optimize the recruitment process, including but not limited to publishing recruitment information, resume screening, arranging interviews, and offer communication , recruitment data analysis, etc., to effectively improve the recruitment investment-output ratio 3. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, comprehensively utilize various recruitment channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs 4. Responsible for recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, talent mapping, high-end talents Recruitment, etc. 5. Project work and other work arranged by the department.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of recruitment experience, experience in recruiting technical positions in the Internet industry is preferred 2.
