Responsibility
1. Responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process management of ByteDance's recommendation architecture team, deeply understand the business, grasp the recruitment needs, build an excellent talent echelon for the rapidly developing domestic and foreign recommendation business, and promote the design and development of recommendation system architecture for related products under ByteDance 2. Responsible for open source of hunting channels: use social media and professional network platforms to open source talents in scarce directions participate in recruitment activities, such as technical meetings, industry conferences, etc., to establish a talent network 3. Responsible for controlling the efficiency of the entire recruitment process, effectively manage and optimize recruitment channels through recruitment data analysis and presentation, and formulate a recruitment strategy that combines the business characteristics of the recommendation architecture team 4. Responsible for formulating and implementing market talent mapping plans, conducting in-depth research on recommended target industry and market projects, identifying and tracking industry trends, competitive dynamics and changing trends in the talent market and through industry insights and analysis, support the business team's phased decision-making.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of recruitment experience, and product research and development and recruitment experience in recommendation/search/advertising/machine learning and other directions are preferred 2. Strong recruitment basics: familiar with the knowledge of the human resources field, familiar with the recruitment process, master recruitment skills, and be able to provide corresponding recruitment solutions according to different stages of business development 3. Excellent communication skills: excellent communication skills and interpersonal communication skills to promote effective communication with personnel at different levels 4. Industry insight: able to help provide multi-dimensional information input, including but not limited to market dynamic information in the same industry, key candidates, organizational structure, talent flow information, etc., and empower business parties 5. Strong learning iteration ability: able to define key/difficult problems when encountering problems, find solutions, and promote related parties to reach consensus and solve problems.
