Responsibilities
The Douyin life service recommendation team is mainly responsible for the recommendation of videos, pictures and live broadcasts related to life service in the same city feed. Responsible for providing algorithmic support for Douyin's rapidly developing local life business, including but not limited to improving conversion efficiency, optimizing user experience, exploring Douyin's exclusive business model, etc. Here, you can make full use of Douyin's massive user data and combine cutting-edge machine learning technology to fully improve traffic efficiency you can also work closely with product, operation and other teams to explore the implementation scenarios of algorithms in local life business and affect the direction of product development you can even deeply analyze the impact of short videos on the local life industry, and promote the development and change of the industry by adjusting algorithm strategies. 1. Responsible for recommending videos, graphics, and live broadcasts related to life services in the same city feed, and build a prosperous and healthy life service content ecosystem 2. Apply cutting-edge machine learning technology to Douyin's local life business scenarios to optimize user experience to promote business development 3. Research directions include and are not limited to: deep learning, graph neural network, multi-task learning, learning to rank, model compression and acceleration, multimodal technology, etc., and combine practical business problems to do a good job in technology exploration and research 4. Work closely with product, operation and other teams to explore the implementation scenarios of algorithms in local life business, affect product development direction, and even deeply analyze the impact of short videos on the local life industry, and promote the development and change of the industry by adjusting algorithm strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors 2. Excellent coding ability, solid data structure and algorithm skills 3. Enthusiastic, willing to learn, think and innovate in recommendation algorithms and machine learning 4. Excellent problem-analyzing and problem-solving ability, good communication and expression skills and team spirit 5. Familiar with the basic knowledge of machine learning, and those with experience in recommendation systems, computing advertising, and search engine related fields are preferred.
