Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the recommendation algorithm of Douyin's medium and long video business, and cooperate with students with rich industry experience to jointly build a cutting-edge recommendation system in the industry to provide users with first-class product experience 2. Apply cutting-edge machine learning technology to Douyin's diverse business scenarios to optimize user experience to promote business development 3. Research directions include and are not limited to: deep learning, graph neural network, multi-task learning, learning to rank, model compression and acceleration, multi-modal technology, etc., and combine practical business problems to explore and research technology 4. Work closely with the product and operation team, and formulate algorithm strategies to promote the long-term prosperity and development of the Douyin ecosystem through in-depth understanding and analysis of products and users.
Qualifications
1. Have excellent coding skills, solid data structures and algorithm skills 2. Have enthusiasm for machine learning, willing to learn, think and innovate, and have work experience in natural language processing, data mining, and computer vision 3. Be familiar with common algorithms, such as LR, GBDT, DNN, etc., and have derivation, implementation, and application capabilities 4. Be familiar with C++ and Python languages, and be familiar with the Linux development environment 5. Excellent problem analysis and problem solving ability, and good communication and expression skills and team spirit.
