R&D Project Engineer_AA
Job Description
This position is responsible for Bosch aftermarket wiper blade and packaging project management.
- Project management to develop Bosch aftermarket wiper blade and packages according to Bosch PEP/IATF16949.
- Participant in customer projects acquisition phase for cost and technical evaluation (perspective of cost, quality, technical feasibility study and timing plan).
- Coordination of work packages in cross function teams, including engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QM, Logistic etc.
- Track and review project status with team and regular report to management.
- Cooperate with internal Bosch customers for project status review, technical evaluation etc.
- Continue cost improvement, design optimization and standardization etc. solution tracking (RPP).
- Other tasks assigned by department lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering curriculum required.
- 3+ Years work experience in design engineering or project management.
- Automotive project experience is preferred. Cross functional department working experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience participating / leading to launch automotive applications.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project).
- Ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Good communication skill with team, customers and management.
- Work under pressure
- Target orientation and work with plans.
- Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast track program.
- Familiarity with Product Engineering Process(Bosch PEP)/IATF16949. PMI certificate is a plus.
- Intercultural skills to work with Europe, American and APAC region.
- Fluency in usage of writing English.
- Fluent speaking English with European/American colleagues.
