Position Summary: work as customer quality engineer

Your tasks

  • Manage customer claims
  • Coordinate 8D team and activities to provide containment actions
  • Risk assessment, root cause analysis and long term measures in timely manner.
  • Coordinate change management for relevant customers
  • Support process quality improvement, particularly in assembling processes for customer

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree with engineering related major.
  • 5+ years quality working experience in automotive industry.
  • Good acknowledge of quality standards (IATF16949) and quality management tools, such as PPAP,8D. SPC. MSA and etc.
  • Good understanding of technical contexts and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, spoken and written English ability required
  • Willing to travel and work under high pressure.
