QC Technician, Suzhou site

Job Purpose

By using tools , procedures and equipment to find and resolve the root cause of quality problems.
Ensure that products are delivered according to the correct product quality.
Continue ALPSquality management with high priority.

Key Accountabilities

Raw materials, production batches and finished products are tested to specification standards by using standard (quality) procedures.
Support the implementation of new testing methods and testing of new products, including quality critical testing and predictive testing methods .
Timely reporting of non-compliance with norms and procedures: issue suspension report and follow-up correction/Precautions.
Maintain accurate and traceableQC records .
Verify customer complaints, implement corrective and preventive actions and continual improvement actions.
Actively participate in the company's activities related to improving its quality management system.
Understand and ensure that all activities comply with companyHSE&S policies, Relevant standards and guidelines.
Familiar with and comply with all applicable company and site and laboratory policies/Procedures relating to personal conduct, HSE and product safety and regulatory matters (PSRA) standards.
Complete other work arranged by the company or superior .

Experience

1. educational background

Technical secondary school or above, Chemistry or Chemical IndustryEducationBackground priority.
Have basic English reading and writing skills.
Good office software operation skills, such as using excel for data Analyze and makePPT.

1. Work Experience

at least2More than one year of working experience in chemical industryQC.
Ability to write test reports and work independently.

1. Professional knowledge and skills

FamiliarISO and TS16949System operation and maintenance.
Sensitive to color, can understand/Color-sensitive, with good color adjustment skills.
