Job Responsibilities: 1. Independently coordinate the entire video production process in the role of project management and production, including supplier screening, business negotiation, production brief, cost control, project time management, and ensure delivery in quality and quantity 2. Accurately interpret and convey customer opinions, manage customer expectations, and control product quality 3. Be responsible for the production preparation, execution and delivery of in-house shooting projects 4. Participate in project/pitch creative brainstorming and planning, and be responsible for the production of the main creative team's report 5. Connect with the internal and external business processes of the main project, and assist the project director in promoting PM process related work
Requirements
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, advertising communication/production management/film and television media and other related majors 2. More than 2-3 years of video account/project management/production management related experience 3. Have a good lens aesthetics and have a certain understanding of the video shooting industry 4. Candidates who can use PR and other editing software and edit basic demo videos will be given extra points 5. Candidates who can work independently and have excellent stress resistance, interpersonal communication and time management skills 6. Candidates with good platform relationships and rich production resources are preferred 7. Candidates with good English communication skills and overseas returnees are preferred
