Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across Product Supply, Quality & IT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
As a part of that, Fill & Finish Expansion Tianjin project is located at No. 60, Muning Road in TEDA, adjacent to the current manufacturing site. Here, you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world to join efforts to drive changes and improve the lives of patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Qualifications (minimum requirements)
Education
Bachelor or Master's degree in finance or business administration
Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex financial and business issues.
Fluent in English in speaking and writing
Strong SAP and SAP BW skills
Professional experience
Minimum 3 years working experience in project management or investment controlling in multinational companies
Solid skills in financial and accounting systems
Effective analytical capabilities
Strong proactive and structured mind-set
Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical industry
Key areas of responsibility :
Project Controller is in charge of the Monitoring and Control of the project cost.
Responsible for performing project cost controls on assigned projects in line with the Project Controls Plan, including supporting reporting process.
Close liaison with project team members will be essential.
Main job tasks :
Project Cost
. Drive the efforts on project cost control including commitments against budget, analysis support of cost status and forecasting
. Collect, consolidate and analyse project cost data using programme cost control tool
. Maintain cost status by work package in support of work package and project objectives
. Maintain cost baseline and support cost baseline updates
. Manage the commitment management process in collaboration with Procurement
. Liaise with the affiliate project finance controller to establish expectations and deliverables
. Perform monthly forecasting and provide input to AB/RE budget submissions
. Perform project contingency management
. Support asset creation and capitalization process
Project Reporting
. Drive project cost reporting process
. Drive cost variance analysis process
. Drive cost optimization and support business decision
Collaboration across finance organizations
Other individual assignments :
Ad hoc assigned by line manager or based on project need
