  • Build up shop floor organization
  • Train and qualify the workers
  • Evaluate the performance of the workers according to guideline
  • Manage and motivate the workers to achieve the required production targets
  • Follow up the production plan to meet the customer requirements
  • Lead the productivity improvements
  • Keep high standard 5S, HSE and discipline in workshop according to RBCWrequirements
  • Lead the CIP activities in workshop
  • Reduce waste of resources
  • Advise and support planning engineers for the process improvement activities
  • Make and manage documentation for manufacturing, such as work instruction
  • Coordinate problem solving for quality and machine malfunction
  • Following all government and plant safety and environment regulations during operation including proper use of industrial safety equipment
  • Follow up the ISO/TS16949 and BOSCH quality management system requirements in the area
  • Implement the quality tools (SPC, POKA YOKE, 8D, QAM) in the area according to standard
  • Support projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area
  • Support TPM implementation
  • Prepare all production related topics for audits (Quality, EHS, BVS/-Q, C/AU)
  • Follow up BPS and system-CIP standards during production and optimize production line.
  • Collect and summarize the production data
  • Coordinate with other functions in order to establish the maximize allocation of resources
  • Additional tasks from (senior) manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree with mechanical engineering or related major
  • Major in Engineering or related
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiar with ISO/TS 16949
  • Good English and/or German communication skills
  • Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing of high volume products
