Product Specialist (travel direction ) - Management System

Responsibilities
1. Through business and product analysis, formulate a long-term plan for the product line, plan a roadmap for B-end products based on technological development and user needs, control product direction, and be responsible for product delivery 2. Understand and predict industry trends , conduct competitive product analysis, and apply it to the corresponding business 3. Responsible for each life cycle of byte travel products, be responsible to users, produce safe, stable, and easy-to-use products, coordinate and drive technology, testing, operations, etc. 4. Responsible for product operation, including training, data analysis, etc., pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, continuously optimize product user experience, and be responsible for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with a deep understanding of Internet products or enterprise management software products 2. Not limited to acceptance and delivery Demand, pay attention to the mainstream direction of the industry, actively plan product development, and have a global vision 3. Can be independently responsible for product demand analysis and product design, and can guide product managers of sub-products to conduct demand analysis and design 4. Have 0-1 project management Experience, able to independently plan and manage cross-departmental complex projects, familiar with Internet product design and R&D processes, able to communicate, interact and cooperate well with technical teams, and promote efficient project launch 5.
