Job Description

Job Responsibilities
1. Sort out, coordinate and promote the daily sales process
2. Use the OA system to perform operations such as sales outbound orders, purchase and warehousing, and manage product inventory
3. Daily work of assistants , complete various tasks assigned by the person in charge
4. During the project communication/execution process, assist the regional project manager to complete the communication and follow-up of various internal approval processes
5. Assist the regional project manager to collect information from the region Information, organize product line forms
6. Assist project team meetings, follow up and summarize various work contents
7. Follow up on regional project team expenses, and handle reimbursement matters
8. Follow up on other important information or policy changes of the department.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of working experience in large enterprises/state-owned enterprises is preferred
2. Have good communication skills, professionalism, and passion Strong learning ability
3. Diligent, studious, careful and organized.
