Responsible for demand collection, product design and project promotion of the customer service OnCall platform be familiar with customer service business, rely on model capabilities, and use AI to assist human agents to improve answer & processing efficiency 2. Based on business needs, formulate specific product iteration plans and complete each functional module Prototype design, preparation of requirements documents, and ensure efficient and high-quality project execution 3. Provide product solutions for the detected problems, organize and coordinate various resources related to R&D, and efficiently complete cross-team and cross-department work. 4. Track data for the products you are responsible for, regularly analyze product effects, continuously optimize products, and help business departments achieve their goals.
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in intelligent customer service platforms, OnCall platforms, CRM platforms and other products computer-related majors are preferred 2. A certain technical background is required, and experience in strategic products such as NLP is preferred, including but not limited to intelligent dialogue, LLM, AIGC and other fields, and practical experience in relevant customer service intelligent assistance 3. Have solid data analysis capabilities and good Project management awareness, good at mining value from data and converting it into business goals and strategies 4. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with certain experience in integrating project resources across teams and departments, and being able to independently promote project implementation 5. Good Excellent English communication and reading and writing skills, able to work in an English-only environment, overseas study background is preferred.
