Platform Operations - Product & Commercialization direction - Volcano Engine

1. Promote the standardization of the commercialization process of Volcano Engine products and the precipitation of commercial models 2. Cooperate to support the commercialization docking of Volcano Engine, such as: guidance on the demand Q&A process, determining parameters that can be standardized on the platform, and completing the product system Parameter configuration, etc. 3. Responsible for providing product Q&A, usage guidance and other service support to internal and external customers, as well as internal routing related issues. For example: Volcano engine product configuration, transaction rules, business model selection, etc. 4. Precipitate and output business processes, SOPs, and production knowledge content in the field, and provide them to the intelligent robot corpus, Feishu knowledge base, and the official intranet self-service portal. Assist in the standardization, tooling, and automation of platform operations 5. Discover problems and room for optimization at work, diagnose problems, and formulate optimization strategies.

1. More than 2 years of middle-end/back-end system configuration management & operation experience. Familiar with the configuration methods of back-end systems such as SaaS, CRM, supply chain, ERP, commodity commercialization, transaction billing, accounting and finance, official website, etc. 2. Practical, stable, and careful traits, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, Be proactive 3. Good at communication, external collaboration, responsible and team-minded, and able to withstand internal and external pressures 4. Applicants with system configuration management & implementation experience in ERP, large Internet companies or communications industry will be given priority.
