We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Resourcing and Onboarding and co-own the end to end recruitment journey of Personal wealth planners (PWP).
  2. Possess clear understanding of the Pinnacle business and contribute in the design of attraction pitches and participate in the selection process and co-own the delivery on the weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
  3. Ensure quality of hire, quality of candidate experience to make sure higher conversions from CV to joins by working closely with all the stake holders.
  4. Align all initiatives such that the HSBC culture, purpose and values are clearly communicated and they enable fare selection.
  5. Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation.
  6. Co-own the location level strategy and plan, organize and/or attend job fairs, recruitment seminars or other events (online & offline).
  7. Constantly work as an ambassador to Pinnacle, internally and externally elevating the brand and the value proposition. Ensure the same is well communicated in every selection interview or assessment.
  8. Use data and analytics to create tracking and management reports, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the various digital tools and constantly look for areas of improvement, leading to timely fulfillment of PWP positions.


Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  1. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  2. A full-cycle recruitment experience or agency recruitment experience preferred.
  3. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  4. Experience with recruitment marketing on social media preferred.
  5. Proven skills in relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal and written communications.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of stakeholders.
  7. Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  8. Strong proficiency in working in a fast paced environment and meeting targets
  9. Bachelor degree or above in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  11. Good proficiency in English.
