Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on high-risk sectors in APAC/LATAM region.
Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with local acquiring banks, PSPs, agents, and other key stakeholders.
Act as a cultural and linguistic liaison for APAC/LATAM markets to ensure alignment with regional business practices and compliance standards.
Assist in onboarding and due diligence of partners from the respective region.
Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and legal teams to support market entry and expansion.
Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences on behalf of the company.
Monitor regulatory and market developments in high-risk sectors across APAC/LATAM and report insights to internal teams.
Qualifications
Proficient English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Proven experience in business development or similiar, market entry, or strategic partnerships, preferably in Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services.
Strong understanding of high-risk merchant verticals and payment industry dynamics is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
