Major Duties:
The appointee shall engage in delivering lectures and conducting tutorials for the Faculty in English as medium of instruction.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have a recognised Master's degree in Property & Facilities, Real Estate, Building Services Engineering or related fields with at least 4 years of teaching experience at tertiary level and/or experience in professional practice in Hospitality Property and Facilities Management and with high proficiency in English. Candidates with the ability to teach the subject Hospitality Property & Facilities Management will be preferred.
Notes:
(1)The Medium of Instruction (MOI) for the post is English.
(2)The shortlisted applicants will be required to provide evidence demonstrating their proficiency in formal writing in English and deliver a teaching demonstration in English.
(3)The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(4)The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(5)The appointee(s) will work on Chai Wan Campus.
