| Major Duties : |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties of the Structured Whole Person Development Programmes |
| (b) | To develop and refine programme curriculum and teaching materials |
| (c) | To plan, design, organise and evaluate student developmental programmes |
| (d) | To provide academic counseling and |
| (e) | To lead experiential learning programmes and adventure-based activities. |

| Requirements : |
| (a) | A recognised degree in social science, social work or a relevant discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification |
| (b) | Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese |
| (c) | Good interpersonal and computer skills |
| (d) | Preferably with relevant teaching and / or industry experience and |
| (e) | Preferably with experience in teaching non-engaged youth. |
