Responsibility
1. Responsible for the operation of overseas expert service providers, serve creative suppliers (institutions and experts), formulate operation strategies, and be responsible for the scale, quality, structure and revenue of institutions and experts 2. In-depth communication between partners, empower through special projects, training, and middle- and high-level negotiations, so as to promote the common growth of both parties goals and achieve win-win results 3. Ecological operation of game industry experts: go deep into the market demand of the overseas game industry, coordinate service provider performance and delivery, accumulate high-quality industry experts content experience and methodology, and improve the ecological effect through institutional education and training 4. Explore business increments: independently responsible for industry special projects, understand business opportunities and incremental space, from special planning & strategy formulation to coordinate business promotion and implementation, and conduct results tracking and review to promote the planning to the final achievement of the results 5. Service provider product infrastructure: From a business perspective, we coordinate the needs of both supply and demand parties of the expert matchmaking tools, communicate closely with internal and external partners, understand the pain points of the organization, efficiently transmit information, form product demands and promote iteration, and improve commercial matchmaking efficiency.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of marketing experience in experts, and more than 5 years of operational experience in the overseas game industry are preferred 2. Strengthen self-driven, problem-solving ability and project management ability, be able to quickly grasp core information and key points, identify risks and problems, and promote all relevant parties to solve problems and achieve goals 3. Strengthen data analysis capabilities, data sensitivity, and goal-oriented 4. Strengthen communication and writing skills, have an international perspective, be able to communicate with international organizations without barriers, reach consensus and promote cooperation.
