Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Functional Product (Process) Manager to oversee and enhance our credit management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management, process optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration. This role is critical in ensuring efficient and effective credit management practices that align with our business objectives.

. Process Strategy and Improvement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize credit management processes, including credit risk assessment, credit scoring, collections, and recovery.
  • Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Create detailed process documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, engineering, finance, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of credit management processes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to drive process improvements and resolve issues.

. Project Management:

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

. Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Present process improvement plans, progress updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

. Credit Management Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of credit management processes and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in credit management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting credit management.

. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit management.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
