The Role

Join Kyndryl as an Oracle ERP - Solution Lead Consultant and become a catalyst for innovation and transformation. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and enabling our customers to harness the power of technology to achieve their wildest ambitions.

• Lead and Run the Design Workshops identify business requirements and map to Oracle Cloud, identify functionality gaps and build necessary extensions. Interface with business to understand the scope and requirements. Support in pre-sales cycles
• Experience or exposure with Cloud implementations, development and migrations Oracle ERP SaaS
• Act as the liaison with business managers, business users and IT execution team. Support definition of use cases, scenarios etc.
• Prior experience delivering projects, functional or technical solutions
• Conducts Proof of Concept (POC) for feasibility studies
• Proven track record implementing Oracle solutions from a functional / Technical perspective
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Scope and change request management with regard to technical requirements
• Lead migration of configuration, integration and extensions to Production

Who You Are

• Experience with data warehousing, analytics and management solutions
• Previous experience building and developing a high performing team
• Strong networking skills (internal and external relationship management)
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
• At least 7-9 years relevant experience as Developer or Technical lead role in Oracle ERP Applications
• Should have good techno-functional experience on any of the following modules like SCM (OM, INV, PO, WMS) & Manufacturing, and/or Financials modules.
• Should have done at least two or more implementation / Production support /Upgrade/Rollout projects in R12+
• Strong hands-on experience in PLSQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, XML Publisher Reports, SQL.Loader and Discoverer. Good experience in OAF, Form Personalization / Customizations, Unix Shell scripting, Code deployment tools, Performance Tuning, Trouble shooting is desired.
• Good experience in building Custom APIs, Interfaces, Conversions and third party Integrations is mandatory. Exposure to Oracle SOA and Oracle Apex is desired
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion, OTBI, WebADI, REST APIs, SOAP is added advantage.
• Good experience in Customer interaction, standard methodologies is desired.
• Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Looking for strong Techno-Functional experience and background in areas:

Oracle Financials or, Oracle SCM and Manufacturing,

Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, Hyperion and BI.
