Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the analysis of international commercial product operations. From a global macro perspective, based on cross-product, multi-terminal and multi-form comprehensive business logic, integrate various data and information, use statistical analysis, quantitative attribution and other means to efficiently and effectively Accurately and objectively evaluate the health of the business, gain insights into the daily operating trends of the advertising business, identify and warn potential risks, locate major business opportunities, participate in the formulation of business goals and key direction decisions, improve internal operation and management efficiency, and promote the business to achieve established goals 2 . Refining and sorting out the comprehensive indicator framework system and continuously optimizing it for each business line and key business direction of commercial products, designing and building a scientific early warning system based on business development stages and data characteristics, and providing high information concentration for management and core business leaders. A panoramic view of business data, while constantly precipitating daily analysis methods into methodologies, and collaborating with relevant roles to promote the implementation into data products 3. From the perspective of global optimization of commercial products and the highest efficiency of return on resource investment, target cross-business lines and multiple Plan and establish special topic research on key complex propositions of factor coupling, and collaborate with multiple roles such as production research, operations, sales, strategy, DS, DE, etc. to output research results with clear conclusions and clear judgments to provide decision-making reference for managers , and work with relevant teams to promote implementation and achieve data-driven business growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more work experience, mathematical statistics, economics, computer and other related majors or advertising related Candidates with business background are preferred 2. Proficient in using language tools such as SQL/Hive, R/Python, etc., have experience in using data visualization products, and understand common quantitative attribution methods 3. Have experience in cross-department cooperation, and can quickly adapt to complex environments, Have good communication skills in Chinese and English and the ability to switch perspectives 4.
