Job Description


  • Providequality customer services at Customer Service Counter, or other locationsdesignated by the Authority to passengers, airport users and business partners
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of Customer Service Counter
  • Collect enquiry statistics to facilitate operation analysis and planning
  • Perform any other customer service duties assigned by the Authority
  • Required to work on shift duties


  • Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higherdiploma with minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary educationlevel with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered
  • Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years'work experience will be considered as Operation OfficerTrainee
  • Experience in serving the airport community is anadvantage
  • Hands-on customer service experience in renowned malls or high passenger flowenvironment
  • Pleasant personality with approachable and friendly manner for the service provision
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
