Urgently looking for Administrative /Secretarial Support (1-year contract)

You will be supporting in the daily office administration and also as a backup to assist with the secretarial duties. Highly welcome for Japanese speaking talent!

Our client is a top tier Global Capital market's Holding company providing a wide range of financial products and services such as Japanese stockbroking, fixed income products, debt syndicate, bond issuing and M&A advisory services to corporate and wholesale clients in the Asia-Pacific region excluding Japan.

Exciting new role for you

  • 1-year contract role
  • You will support in full spectrum of general office administrative functions. Such as Handling incoming/outgoing mails dispatch and distribution and courier arrangement. Handling inventory and distribution of office supplies, stationary and name card orders.
  • You also coordinate with the contractors or service vendors to arrange the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, including but not limited to office keys, shredder machine, office lighting and furniture and coordinate cleaning services to maintain cleanliness of office area, pantry and meeting room area
  • You also cover receptionist duties to answer general telephone line, take messages, greet and receive guests or clients.
  • You will assist in logistic and meeting arrangement for overseas visitors/Japanese interns during their visit to HK.
  • If Japanese speaker, expected to support Japanese-English-Chinese translation when necessary.
  • Provide other administrative support to the team as required.


  • Solid relevant working experience in administrative / secretarial support
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese is definitely an advantage
  • Skilful in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Reliable, detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with various stakeholders and possess positive attitude
  • Be able to communicate with an upbeat and professional phone etiquette
  • University degree holder in any discipline
