Responsibilities
1. According to the business strategic goals and directions, be responsible for planning the sales incentive system, designing performance assessment plans, and driving the achievement of performance goals 2. Investigate market conditions, study market conditions, integrate multiple data sources, and provide data support and improvement suggestions for business decision-making and assessment directions 3. Monitor the performance progress of the business line, formulate commission and performance calculation monitoring processes, and continuously optimize processes and templates in response to the problems found in the monitoring, review the reasons, and adjust the incentive plans in a timely manner to ensure that sales achieve performance goals while ensuring the healthy and orderly development of the business 4. Coordinate internal resources to build an online performance board to achieve efficient implementation of plan display, process supervision, result accounting, appeal approval and other work.
Qualifications
1. Have experience in new business growth/category operation/data analysis related work, and have experience in e-commerce merchants operating experience are preferred 2. Have innovative thinking, good logical and structured thinking ability, and strong sense of responsibility 3. Have strong data analysis ability, strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-motivation 4. Have good communication and collaboration ability, be able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote operation work to move forward.
