About This Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer within Ericsson Taiwan Analytics Team performs Radio Network Design & Optimization activities.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirement, design solutions toward high performance wireless networks.
- Provide analysis of KPIs and perform problem investigation to improve network quality issues.
- Assist customer VIP problem investigation and to support customer for troubleshooting and network performance improvement activities..
- Co-ordinate planning and optimization tasks between internal Ericsson and customer.
- Technology pioneer to lead new wireless technology (including 4G new release and 5G) trial and feature validation.
- Other activities, such as pre-sales technical support & parameter optimization, etc.
You will bring
- Require proven experience in Ericsson Radio 5G/LTE optimization experiences.
- University education on telecommunication or equivalent.
- Familiar with wireless technology.
- Ability to work in matrix organizations and adapt to changes in working environment.
- Good human skill on communication, presentation, and customer handling.
- Good self-management skill and quick learner of new technical knowledge.
- Fluent both in English and in Chinese.
- Coding(Python), IT & AI skills are plus.
