1. Build a merchant-side indicator system, define experience measurement standards, work closely with the industry and UED, output experience reports, and continuously drive improvements 2. Build indicator collection tools such as questionnaires and point-setting, and build indicator dashboards , support the platform and business to see problems clearly and conduct in-depth analysis 3. Build a merchant-side component library to provide developers with standardized interactive components to ensure experience consistency and improve research and development efficiency.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in Internet products, local life-related industry background is preferred 2. For B Have a deep understanding of end-end products, be familiar with B-end product experience evaluation methods, and have experience in successful experience improvement projects 3. Have strong logical ability, analytical ability and independent judgment, and be able to define experience standards from a platform perspective and coordinate the implementation of multi-party resources Improve movements 4.
