Responsibilities
Team introduction: Feishu Commercialization Team (Go to Market) is responsible for comprehensively promoting Feishu's advanced products and services to the Chinese and international markets. By formulating accurate business strategies, conducting market marketing that breaks the circle, deeply understands the trends and characteristics of different industries, conveying Feishu's concepts and values to corporate customers in different industries and reaching business cooperation, helping customers strengthen the depth and breadth of use, and ultimately making Feishu the first choice of advanced enterprises in all walks of life and continuously helping corporate organization upgrades. Currently, commercial teams have been established in China, Singapore, the United States, Japan and other countries and regions, starting a process of improving creativity and efficiency for organizations and individuals from all walks of life around the world. 1. Responsible for conducting research and analysis of related sub-industry such as pharmaceuticals and products, biotechnology, Chinese patent medicines and health products, medical devices, medical institutions and services, pharmaceutical distribution and sales services, forming a customer list and sales strategy, participating in industry strategy and commercialization planning, and participating in the construction of industry solutions 2. Explore and follow up on key industry customers, understand customer needs, track and visit potential industry customers, promote signing, collaborate with pre-sales/customer success/implementation delivery/production and research departments, and iterate industry solutions 3. Formulate sales plans based on goals, plan industry customer sales strategies, and adjust them in a timely manner according to market changes to complete the sales indicators issued by the company 4. Maintain good relationships with customers, ecological partners, media and investors, and industry experts in the industry, coordinate the operation of internal and external parties of the company, ensure the satisfaction of all parties, and enhance the company's brand image in related industries.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with SaaS/software/solutions/cloud computing/big data/marketing technology and other products, and have in-depth understanding, and have enterprise-level customer sales experience in the medical and big health industry 2. Familiar with trends, customer pain points, IT system and digital construction trends, digital transformation trends, management, organizational construction, etc. in industries such as pharmaceuticals and products, biotechnology, Chinese patent medicines and health products, medical devices, medical institutions and services, pharmaceutical distribution and sales services, etc. 3. Have experience in establishing high-level customer relationships and excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills 4. Have certain data sensitivity and industry analysis capabilities, and be able to independently produce industry analysis and strategic insights 5. Have strong logical thinking ability, be able to independently produce industry solutions and complete explanations.
