As a Material Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the region inventory levels and strategies. You will also be responsible to ensure proper master data management process and parameters in MRP. You will need to utilize your experience/ expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others.

As a Material Specialist, you will be responsible for:

.Monitoring inventory levels and ensures the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business

.Ensuring proper data management process in MRP and proper migration/interface of BOM's (Oracle, team center)

.Fixing any issue related with data integrity in MRP that can affect the proper planning and scheduling execution

.Developing methods and programs to optimize the utilization of inventory

.Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly

.Providing updates to inventory projections and creates mitigation plans as needed

.Reviewing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involves other functional groups to reduce SMI risks

.Forecasting inventory reserves and work create action plan for mitigation

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

.Have Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years

.Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management

.Display Deep knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality

.Demonstrate Advanced English Language Skill

.Have ability to identify and implement process improvements and best practices

.Have strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
