Responsibility
1. Responsible for the supply planning of video editing materials in the editing APP and PC. Focusing on business goals and video trends, we will formulate new plans including but not limited to audio, animation, text, and picture materials, actively explore the innovation space for editing materials, and be responsible for the material's user experience, industry competitiveness, and commercial value 2. Responsible for the full process of planning-production-quality control-online-result review of the material, coordinate and coordinate various resources such as designers, products, R&D, suppliers, creators, and pay attention to material quality and supply efficiency 3. Through industry insight, data analysis, user research and other means, summarize the revenue efficiency of the review, correct and iterate the planning plan, and continuously enhance the influence of the material content.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of experience in content planning, and experience in content operation/planning or material/special effects/image related experience is preferred 2. Familiar with the content and hot spots of mainstream social media platforms, pay attention to overseas trendy social media platforms, have good sense of hot spots, and pass aesthetic standards 3. Love video editing, familiar with video editing process and various types of effect plug-ins such as AE/PR/Finalcut, and in-depth users of editing are preferred 4. Sensitive to data information, have certain analysis skills, and have strong project coordination and communication skills, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be responsible for the result indicators 5. Bonus points: Provide personal-operated social media accounts or photography editing works as reference for aesthetic evaluation.
