An exciting opportunity to join American Express International Card Services (ICS) Hong Kong. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to manage the Lending product portfolio and drive profitable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end creation and implementation of marketing campaigns which drive cardmember engagement and incremental business growth
  • Assist hiring manager on analytics, to track and evaluate campaign/product performance and ensure optimal use of investment dollars
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitor activities and customer needs and act as the project champion and identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintenance of portfolio operations, including collaterals & stock management, budget & payment, business process control testing
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Card Acquisition, Brand & Loyalty, Legal & Compliance, Servicing & various operation support teams and agency partners and business partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in marketing or business
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, working experience in financial services industry or marketing agencies is preferred
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, responsible and attention to details
  • Able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively
  • Comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, PC skills including Chinese character input
  • Language proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must, Mandarin is a plus
