Your Job

Accomplish the project objectives according to company requirements. Assist SMT line to carry out related PCBA processing evaluation, project management and other activities, to provide PCBA processing and testing services for customersxa0

What You Will Do

1. Customer technical project interface of new product development (PCBA), responsible for the comprehensive docking of customer technical responsible persons, to promote the project engineering problem solution determination, analysis and improvement
2. Participate in SMT new product declaration and bidding as required
3. Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination during the development of new projects
   

4. Responsible for following up customer confirmation and evaluation of product technical plan, DFM, pass yield and FACA.

   Coordinate Resources to guide production line to solve process quality problems in the manufacturing and improve the capabilities of SMT processes.

5. Participate in the production capacity planning of SMT workshop of the company. And organize and carry out the design, construction and evaluation of production line according to the requirements of customers

6. Products manufacture technical support. Lead product engineer on first article development, lead and guide the product engineer on product platform establishing and improvement, production technology improvement, MFG process improvement

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Who You are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Bachelor or masteru2019s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
2. 3 + years experiences in the project management and 5 + years engineering experiences in SMT process
3. Good business understanding and communication skills, able to complete project research, project promotion and other work
4. Familiar with relevant policies and regulations, familiar with IPC (IPC610-D), ESD S20.20) electronic industry standard knowledge
5. Master the knowledge of SMT engineering technology management
6. Familiar with manufacturing business, more than 5 years working experience in SMT manufacturing industry, have a deep understanding of on-site productionxa0
