As a Manager, International Sales Support, you will strive to provide personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel, making a lasting impression with every Hilton guest with whom you interact. On the HRCC International team reporting to Director, Business Development International, you will work on projects including implementing new and innovative service models, process improvement initiatives and groundbreaking customer experience solutions.

What will I be doing

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

.Creating and implementing project plans.

.Supporting and guiding the HRCC service delivery teams.

.Identifying ways to improve customer experience and commercial performance, implementing the initiatives designed to improve performance.

.Liaising with the Hilton sales partners across EMEA and APAC.

.Providing data and reports to internal stakeholders.

How you will collaborate with others:

.Close collaboration with sales partners across EMEA and APAC, managing existing sales support programs and implementing new projects and initiatives.

.Collaboration with HRCC Partner offices

.Collaboration with HRCC global team members, including the ResMax Business Development teams in Americas, EMEA and APAC

What projects you will take ownership of:

.All HRCC International sales support programs in EMEA and APAC

What are we looking for

.5 years of work experience in hospitality.

.You are highly organized, and you have a proven track record in project management.

.You have a passion for continuous improvement and understanding of process mapping and process optimization methodology.

.You excel in networking and building effective relationships.

.You have excellent presentation skills and experience in presenting to stakeholders on different levels of the organization.

.You are passionate about using your creativity to generate new processes and customer support models from the ground up. You love working from the concept stage through to the reality.

.Travel up to35%.

It would be useful if you have:

.Experience working with multiple cultures and markets.

.Good understanding of call center technology and operations.
