About the RoleEffectively manage and support the underwriting team in implementing various kinds of business initiatives and projects, including product development, promotion, pricing review, product risk assessment and daily underwriting operation, to achieve targeted profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Supports Head of GI Underwriting on various kinds of product launch and project development
• Contribute to business growth and sales development on technical underwriting issues
• Establish pricing standards and policy administration workflow aligned with corporate requirements
• Ensure defined customer service standards met
• Contribute to specification and development ad-hoc projects with IT and other internal/external parties
• Train up subordinates in both quantitative and qualitative risk assessment skills and
• To register and maintain as an insurance agent of Blue Cross with regulatory authority. Advise on or arrange contracts of insurance or carry out regulated activities if required.
