For many guests, Being able to stay at a hotel in the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is like a dream come true. Our luggage service hospitality specialists are responsible for greeting guests at the two hotels in the resort, assisting them with various transportation vehicles, and transporting guests luggage to and from their rooms to make them feel at home.
Responsibilities:
- Transport luggage for hotel guests to different locations, such as guest rooms, vehicles, storage rooms, etc.
- Taking care of and storing guest luggage
- Directing traffic and maintaining order in hotel lanes
- Need to work in outdoor locations
- Proactively provide assistance to guests and answer questions, and provide information about the park, resort and nearby areas
- We expect Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Members to be courteous, maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests, and be willing to provide assistance to maintain guest satisfaction. Wonderful experience
Basic requirements:
- No experience required for new hires, the company will provide comprehensive training
- Must be able to speak Cantonese/ English/Mandarin conversational ability (non-Chinese speaking job seekers are welcome to apply)

Working hours:Our theme park.
