Job Description

Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities , despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. Lead or senior levels of these positions may: . Handle escalated or more complex issues, . Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff, . Support supervisor or manager activities, . Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedure

General job description:
Under limited guidance completes the following activities:
. Enters airway bills into system on a daily basis.
. Performs daily entry of Time Cards information into PC.
. Handles D/T packages and informs customers of payment.
. Gathers information for different company reports.
. Answers phones, transfers calls, and takes messages as required.
. Prepares paperwork for outbound packages (airways bills, PO Box, and address).
. Assists customers by answering questions on basic features of service.
. Performs miscellaneous typing, filing, and secretarial duties. Organize and update station files.
. May be required to perform other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
. High School diploma
. Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC points)

Minimum Experience:
. Three (3) years clerical experience
. Valid Drivers License and good driving recordMinimum Required Skills:
. Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver packages weighing up to 15Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
. Good human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
. Strong Planning & Organizing Skills
.Accuracy & Attention to Detail
. Data entry, and/or general office skills
. Team Working Skills
. Strong Microsoft Office & PC Skills - PC Typing (25/35 WPM)
. Strong Problem Solving Skills
. Clear and articulate speaking voice
