Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible Operation strategy/activity planning for live value-added gameplay, including but not limited to live PK, interactive games, gift props, etc. 2. Understand the payment motivations and demands of paying users at different levels, and implement them into actual product function design 3. Write products Requirements document, coordinate resources and support from various departments, and promote product development, testing and other processes 4. Analyze business operations and optimize and iterate products based on data and industry insights, user analysis and demand mining.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with 4 or more years of experience in live broadcast revenue operation/event planning 2. Love live broadcast or In the content industry, those who have been responsible for video, game, and pan-entertainment products will be given priority 3. Have excellent product/operation thinking and solution capabilities, clear logic, and strong data analysis capabilities 4. Strong execution and pressure resistance, Have good communication and cooperation awareness.
