Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the educational delivery and gameplay of international live broadcasts on gift value. Products include but are not limited to the systematic construction of gift value delivery and gameplay capabilities. Responsible for user perception of content to conversion efficiency 2. Gift-giving scenarios based on international live broadcasts, Work with gift operations to promote gift value delivery and content carriers for anchors, combine with other gift systems and specify systematic strategies to create community content that belongs to live broadcast gifts, create a gift planting platform based on the gift worldview and anchor skills, and iterate based on data Optimize gameplay and strategies 3. Regularly proactively formulate product plans and plans, manage product life cycles, closely coordinate operations, R&D, testing and other resources, eliminate project risks, ensure efficient and high-quality product delivery, and continue to follow up on product results 4. From the perspective of revenue products, plan and define product iteration directions to drive the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, user product experience, mature content product experience, planning and design of a complete product system, and experience in live broadcast or short video Priority will be given to those who have experience working on video platforms 2. Have strong data analysis capabilities and can dig out problems through data feedback and provide corresponding strategic support 3. Have good team communication and collaboration skills to ensure the smooth progress of multi-business and multi-role projects ,result-oriented.
