Production Arrangement< /p>

• Be familiar with the product production process and operating specifications, supervise the production operation process and quality control of the workers, and conduct qualification confirmation regularly.
• Be familiar with production operation standards, study and inspect the standards regularly, notify the corresponding engineers to update when necessary, and ensure the execution of standardized operations through process confirmation.
• Responsible for manual recording of production data, including production quantity, quality, equipment, personnel and other related information, and reporting to supervisors in a timely manner according to the response mechanism.
• Organize team members to continuously improve 5S, operating processes, product quality and discovery points in process confirmation, reduce production costs, improve quality, and meet customer satisfaction requirements.

Onsite management

• Carry out effective production site management to ensure that raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, repaired parts, scrapped parts, etc. are stored according to the production area layout plan. order, clearly marked and in compliance with the safety and validity requirements of materials, as well as first-in-first-out, maximum and minimum quantity requirements.
• Check the operators daily maintenance and 5S activities of the equipment to ensure that the production site and equipment are clean and tidy. Daily inspection records are complete.

Production safety:

• Improve employees safety awareness and environmental awareness, and ensure that the production site and production process comply with BOSCH's safety regulations and environmental protection regulations.

Team Management

• Regularly check and confirm the work results of operators and evaluate their work skills and performance.
• Accept and complete the task arrangements of the production supervisor.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of production line management experience
• Three years or more of relevant work experience
• Proficient in using office software
• Graduate from technical secondary school or above Better
• Accept third shift
