The Licensing and Project Administrator is responsible for administration of licenses relating to the resort operation and developments as well as project administration for asset sustainment and business growth.
This role will be accountable for:
Licensing Management
Develop, update, review and maintain comprehensive record of all statutory licenses/ permits
Liaise with Government Authorities and end-users for application/ amendment/ renewal of licenses/permits
Administer the routine license renewal process to enable LOB's business
Assist to apply for new licenses / permits, make necessary amendments and renewals ensuring the operation and enhancement and development projec ts complying with the current statutory requirements
Project Administration
Assist to develop, prepare, administer and review the procurement approach and tender document at pre and post contract stage
Assist Integrated Facility Planning (IFP), Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) and Facility Asset Management (FAM) for the administrative and supportive works throughout the project process, including preparation of report, work schedule, submittal and approval process, etc.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree holder in building study / engineering or business administration or related disciplines
2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS office application required.
Knowledge of architectural design, project planning & management and contract administration. Familiar with construction and property industry required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving skills required.
Work independent, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
