Launch Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Launch activity kickoff when project Gate 3c. Establish the launch scope and initial plan, define and gain essential resources.
• Establish and lead the regular launch review with team members, keep the progress under tracking over whole launch activity.
• Lead and track all the issues resolve by each launch team member. Identify and coordinate any resources which is outside of launch team or organization.
• Report the launch status to managers organization.
• Ensure smooth launch activity transfer from launch phase to Production.
• Assist to develop a fundamental lean manufacturing system that provides for continuous improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of waste
• Assist to conduct and track annual continuous improvement plan

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5-8 years of job experience in an industrial environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project or manufacturing-related experience. Automobile environment and related experiences are highly preferred.
• Perfect leadership and listening skill to establish and develop cross functional team.
• Clear results orientation.
• Stronger communication and negotiation skills, be good at conflicts management.
• Good capabilities of planning setting up, risk analysis and issues resolve.
• Knowledge of program management process and IATF16949.
• Good process principle knowledge of product design, process design and production.
• Fluent in English and in the customer language.
• Passion for excellence under pressure.
