Large multi-modal model Algorithm Engineer

1. Explore ultra-large-scale multi-modal models and perform ultimate system optimization 2. Data construction, instruction fine-tuning, preference alignment, and model optimization 3. Apply multi-modal large models to image/video generation and creation, and chart understanding and generation , logical reasoning and other fields 4. In-depth research and exploration of the application of multi-modal large models in more future life scenarios.

1. Excellent coding ability, data structure and basic algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python programming language 2. In Priority will be given to those with outstanding performance and award-winning experience in ACM/ICPC, Top Coder, Kaggle and other competitions 3. Familiar with algorithms and technologies related to computer vision (CV), including natural language processing (NLP), large model training and reinforcement learning (RL) Applicants with experience in algorithms are preferred 4. Applicants who have led projects with important influence or published relevant papers in the field of large models are preferred 5. Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently solve complex technical problems 6. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the team to jointly promote project progress.
