Responsibilities

Merchant operation: Maintain in-depth cooperative relationships with merchants, assist merchants in combining lines and products within the region, ensure merchants product supply, assist merchants in Douyin operation, carry out Douyin architecture construction and training, ensure that merchants start Douyin operation, and achieve established sales indicators, including but not limited to sales, write-offs and customer satisfaction 3. Integrate marketing: integrate internal and external resources and other resources, coordinate service providers, experts, merchants, etc. to ensure the implementation of projects, including value-added service solutions such as big promotions, data collaboration, brand store empowerment, etc. 4. Fully combine the advantages of the platform and the characteristics of the merchant industry, carry out online customized solution design, innovate industry gameplay, create excellent cases, increase the online rate and market share in the industry, and drive the long-term development of the industry.
Qualifications
