Job Description

The Position

Main Responsibilities:

1. Execute the regional distribution and retail channel layout plan:

1.1 Understand the regional channel status and customer status, and discuss the regional distribution and retail layout with the regional manager/deputy director,

2. Execute regional dealer and retailer management plans:

2.1 According to company strategy plan and regional plan, recommend dealers that meet the qualification requirements, and keep abreast of customer dynamic changes and report them in a timely manner

2.2 According to the company's strategic plan and regional plan, formulate work plans for each customer, promote plan implementation, and track and evaluation results

2.3 According to business development trends and headquarters strategic plans, explore new business models and innovative business projects, and provide cooperation plans

3. Execute regional supply chain planning and data collection Job:

3.1 Execute the regional order plan to ensure market supply

3.2 Manage regional accounts receivable to ensure the completion of regional goals

3.3 Assist the headquarters supply chain The team solves regional supply chain issues in a timely manner

3.4 Ensure that dealers and retailers provide data in a timely, correct and compliant manner at the same time, ensure that the regional purchase, sales and inventory error rate is within the range required by the company

< p>4. Implement regional bidding and price negotiation plans:

4.1 Keep abreast of the bidding and negotiation policies and trends of provincial or prefecture-level cities in the region, and report to the bidding team and regional manager or deputy director in a timely manner< /p>

4.2 Execute the regional bidding and negotiation plan, and ensure that the affiliated team executes relevant processes correctly and timely

4.3 Implement the results of bidding and negotiation, and provide timely feedback on the implementation status at the same time, follow up on follow-up related work in a timely manner

5. Implement regional hospital access and major customer plans:

5.1 Implement the hospital development plan to ensure the development success rate with clinical bills of lading

5.2 Promote demand Develop the hospital's pharmaceutical committee and clinical procurement process, and provide key hospital pharmacy department solutions

5.3 Ensure the maintenance of the access status of key hospitals in the region minimize the impact of the hospital's general control maintain it well Cooperate with the medical insurance office of key hospitals

5.4 Organize cross-department meetings to negotiate and deal with hospital access issues

Education level /Qualification certificates obtained

College degree or above

Pharmaceutical related majors preferred

Competencies required for the position

1) Have 5 or more years of experience as a regional pharmaceutical sales manager or have more than 5 years of experience in regional channel management or have more than 5 years of KA work experience

2) Comprehensive Master professional knowledge and office skills, have the ability to foresee risks, and provide long-term development suggestions and innovative solutions

3) Have customer management capabilities, be able to analyze regional information, formulate regional business goals and work plans, and Able to lead the team to promote plan execution

4) Have project management capabilities, have management knowledge of multiple and complex projects, be able to optimize the allocation of resources, and promote project plans in an orderly manner

5) Possessed Negotiation and influencing skills, skilled communication and negotiation skills, ability to predict risks and formulate plans to maximize value

6) Ability to work in teams, grasp cross-department strategies and conflict management capabilities, and be able to coach Team members solve major events have the ability to view the overall situation and comprehensive thinking, and have the ability to plan and organize regional activities

7) Have regional management capabilities and be able to formulate regional strategies, optimize processes, and manage teams
